Our upper level unit went out first hot day of the season. We were very happy that Dynamic was able to send a tech the very next day as the office and bedroom had reached 84 degrees! Josh was the tech, he was polite and well informed and when he was telling me what was wrong with the unit, I stopped him and said I only heard "flux capacitor" and he let me in on the inside engineering joke of the term. Josh worked hard and got our old machine working and was a delite to work with. Five stars!

Extremely impressed with the service from this company. Josh came out on Saturday when he was supposed to be off and looked at the heat pump. Said he could have it fixed Monday and sure enough, he showed up with the right parts and had it running again in an hour.
